The privacy policy provides information concerning TRAVEL WITH ME’s collection, disclosure, use, access, correction, data storage and security of personal information as well as it's complaints procedure.

Collection

In order to provide you with the product or service of your choice, TRAVEL WITH ME will collect certain personal information that is necessary to perform our functions and activities.

As it is a requirement, by law to obtain your consent in gathering sensitive information for use, we will assume that you have consented to this collection and use unless you state otherwise.

Personal information that is collected is dependable on the type of booking or service you require and may include but is not limited to:- names, addresses, email addresses, telephone contacts, date of birth, special interests and preferences. We also may require passport details, visa information, and current medical history depending on your travel destination. The personal information collected will differ from product to product.

We may collect personal information with your consent from several mediums includingelectronically via email, through the mail using application forms, over the phone or at our office in person.

Third Parties

With your permission, TRAVEL WITH ME will only share your personal information with third parties to provide a legitimate service. These parties are bound by terms in their contracts to ensure your personal information remains protected at all times. TRAVEL WITH ME will not be held responsible for any breach of security or any act or omission of third parties who receive your personal information.

We never sell, trade or rent any personal information provided by you.

Website Security, storage and data quality

Your personal information is stored electronically on servers that are not publicly accessible. This information is only available to certain staff members of TRAVEL WITH ME and is kept secure at all times.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information is up to date. If the personal information we hold about you is out of date or inaccurate, please contact us and we will update our records.

Concerns, Access or complaints

Generally, you have the right to know all the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern or complaint please contact us at enquiries@twme.com.au or write to us at PO BOX 408 CLOVERDALE WA 6985 AUSTRALIA. Your complaint will be handled by the most appropriate person and will contact you within a reasonable time, usually within 2 working days. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, it will be referred to the relevant Manager, who will contact you within 7 working days.

Refund Policy

Please note that the membership fee for the Solo Traveller Club is non refundable however if you book a holiday within 12 months of paying the fee we will happily apply the cost of the membership fee as a credit towards your booking. Conditions apply

Security Policy

All pages within Travel With Me that request credit card information are encrypted. Therefore no card data is ever transmitted over the internet in the clear.

No credit card data is stored on the website. Instead, transactions are immediately sent via encrypted communications to eWay who in turn, process that with the bank.
